It is easy to correct, edit the file damages.ltx and add the section 'stalker_bandit_4_merc' that is missing.

I try with artifacts mods but not working for me.

After all step to install the mod "Smurth’s Dynamic HUD" copy/paste the mod OWR for 1.5R6 and delete the folder "\gamedata\configs\weapons".
Also is compativel with other addons like lootmoney, lootoutfit, quick fast travel, etc.

OWR work fine after few adaptations
