Its me again.
I play the sweden nation-.
When I do a upgrade on a port, I don't get that extra trade route.
I have re-started the campaign and after 31 turn I dont recive the tax money. What can I do to fix this?

I play the Swedish nation.
I don´t receive tax money and my harbor in Gothenburg don´t give me 1 extra trade route when I did a upgrade.
Any ide how to fix that?
