So do you think there is any way to fix the Game Gear Games so they work properly at high resolutions? I'm just asking for opinion on whether it's even feasible, not asking YOU to be the one to do it. I guess it probably isn't possible, or someone would have already done it like ten years ago. Then again, I don't know how old the mod manager really is. I wish it could be done though. To me, the Game Gear games are the REAL extra content in SADX. Screw Mission Mode.
I don't suppose Undertale is set up to detect looping? At any rate, redownloading this for the music at least.
So...is the Steam version actually happening? I don't see a date on the announcement up there, and the most recent article posted here is from late 2015.
I love this mod. Definitely the best version of Sonic Adventure. Though I am hoping HD GUI has Game Gear support eventually. To me, the Game Gear games are the real bonus content of DX(I found it kind of funny that you acted like Mission Mode was more substantial on Dreamcastify. To me, the fact that you get to play every Sonic Game Gear game, even previously Japan only ones, is far better.) and the resolution thing is disappointing. As a side note, your avatar looks kinda familiar. Gonna make a wild guess, but Sergeant Frog?
I see. I don't hate SA2 or anything. I didn't hate SADX either(though the original PC version does look like garbage from the screenshots). I had a lot of fun, though I prefer most of the Dreamcast look, except some things like the number panels and the switches that kind of look ugly to me in DC. You know, the ones that are black when not on. And a couple other things. Of course, you seem to despise SADX with the burning passion of a thousand suns, so you probably disagree. My favorite area out of the little I have messed around with it is Casinopolis Sewers. I hope the HD GUI mod adds Chao and Game Gear Support soon(especially the latter). Also, do DLCs interfere with eachother or would it be possible to have an option to have them ALL on? I hope you continue to add stuff to the mod. Like for example having Time of Day affect Sunken Egg Carrier or the Chao Gardens. At any rate, I am glad you made this mod, and even gladder that you didn't JUST make it the Dreamcast version, but essentially the best of both worlds.
Last question, who is SpeepsHIGHWAY and do they have a neat website like Dreamcastify?
...man, I talk too much.
So I know your opinion of SA1 vs SADX(I read Dreamcastify.), but how well did SA2B fare? Was it less disappointing? I haven't seen anyone making a SA2 Dreamcast Conversion mod, so I assume they did a better job there.
Ummm...yeah...you screwed up the GLaDOS boss somehow. I don't know how you did it, but somehow, you messed up her hitbox. You can see the hitbox with console commands, btw. use developer 1 and ent_absbox glados_body.
The hitbox is suppose to encompass the entirety of the main body, but with the skinpack, it shrinks to a small area located at the top, rendering the boss almost impossible. This is kind of a major flaw. I know it's the skinpack in some way because when I delete it and reload escape_02, the hitbox works fine. Kind of a bummer. Also, the glados model reverts to the Portal 1 one for her destruction sequence, and when in deactivated form in Portal Prelude, though that one isn't really your fault.
