I see these videos are quite interesting, reminds me of some hardcore Korean dudes I know that loves to play StarCraft 2. Do you have any vids of tournament for Warcraft 3? Do they still play Warcraft 3 tournaments in China Nowadays or is it just people multiplayer? Oh yes do you play Empire if the Tides Legion with friends or do you only play against AIs?

You should try something interesting. You Warcraft 3 rebirth mod which makes everything HD? I put it into my Warcraft 3 TFT folder and running Empire of the Tides exe. Now I play normal empire of the tides but it's got a lot more HD models for the default factions. It's looks quiet cool.

No it won't do anything like that. If you use Warcraft 3 Rebirth as a base in you folder where you put Empire of the tide exe. It will use the Empire of the tides settings and factions. Rebirth is just a graphical add on.

I see what you mean about lord of the rings, but if it was applied to warcraft 3 it wouldnt be warcraft 3. Have you tried to play Age of the Ring for battle for middle earth 2? I play it quite often as well. But I think warcrafts 100 unit limit is perfect and should not be changed even the hero levels.

Honestly I hope he does, I think he wants money to make a new faction. If you go to his patreon page he requires $500 to make the faction. Honestly I just went and did it myself. I already added the scourge and Draenei to my own private version empires of the tides.

Age of the ring is actually quite cool. I have been playing it alot recently. Along with another game called Armies of Exigo. It's alot like Warcraft 3, but has some very interesting mechanic's. For example some maps have a surface and underground part to play. You can attack a enemy from below his base when you are underground and same if you are on the surface you can attack him underground. It's really a cool game.

I took the Draenei from the mod Dissolution and got some other models from hiveworkshop. The same with the scourge.

I am still busy with the AI, the disolution AI is quite slow when teching up, but I don't have an account like youtube or bilibili to upload a video. I just make these types of mods for myself and never really intended to upload videos to make its existence known

Those Korean players are dangerous. I remember playing in close to the top leagues (not the highest, but close to it) in Starcraft those guys kicked my but many times. They live and breathe that game. Some that are sponsored play like 9 to 12 hours a day. Me I am a causal player, so there was no real challenge from my side lol. Anyway Warcraft 3, the frozen throne one not reforged I still enjoy playing to this day as it's still fun for me even after 20 years. I just finished school when the frozen throne dropped, so it's really a great game from my younger years. I think the Warcraft 3 leagues lost popularity due to the Warcraft 3 reforged not being so good.

Agreed the models could have been done much better. Luckily the fans are busy modding the models to look more realistic, not just like world or Warcraft models but actually like the Warcraft movie quality. I am tracking it but it will take time to release.
