I don't think that statement had anything to do with graphics. He probably is just sick of seeing one remake after another. It is true that new is interesting and tends to be more interesting to fallow as well. I don't see what pointing that out has to do with graphics.
On to the topic, the media looks nice. Can't wait to get my hands on this one.

Very great mod you've got here. Can't wait till the next episode :)
If you haven't downloaded this yet, do it. This mod has a great and interesting story and dialog, it has awesome level design, and it's got me hocked.

There are numerous websites devoted to this very subject. We have a pretty good idea of how the combine got here (maybe through Black Mesa? there's an idea). And I think the headcrabs and antlions (Xen lifeforms no doubt) were spread over the world via the portal storms and the black mesa hole (and combine headcrab canisters).

Also, is that an ammo counter on the grenade, if so, why would I grenade have an ammo counter?

Crouching does increase accuracy.
It is a more stable position than standing. Proning is also the most accurate because you hardly move compared to standing. Recoil is also affected, but it is easier to keep your gun steady when your crouching or even easier when your proning.
When your pulling of single shots in the firing range, there is no recoil transfering from shot to shot, right? Then why is it more accurate to be proned? If crouching just acted upon recoil, wouldn't you have the same accuracy from standing to crouching to proning?

We are still looking for mod team members. We are looking for people with high amounts of skill in mapping, modeling, and animating. Right now, in this stage of developement, we are mainly looking for multiplayer mappers and animators/modelers. The single player aspect is planed to be released after the multiplayer.

This isn't even a mod! It's just mapping! And very CRAPPY mapping! New vehicles can be included by just mapping! This is a horrible deathmatch map at the most. There isn't even a new title screen and the weapons don't even have names! This is the worst HL2 'mod' yet. How does it get a 7.8?!?!?!?!?!?

This is not a goodbye sorry, but a sorry for not posting anything. Due to some issues that have come up, the mod has been delayed. If everything goes right, I should get stared at the end of this week. If you left me a message, I will be getting back to everyone on Friday or Saturday. The site will also be updated and etc. etc. etc......

You can do this without the script by make any number of bots (like 12) and set the bot join team option on to T or CT intead of random. And then join the opposite team of the one you selected. Before you join, open console and you have to turn of the autoteam balance and turn of some command that restricts the team balance number (I don't know what the exact console command is, you might wana test out and find it). I'll put it up later if I feel like it.

You can do this by setting up the right options in CS:S.
I do this thing ALL the time.
And the below comment is false. CS:S IS a mod of HL2.
It uses their MODIFIED version of the HL2 engine.

We have been boiling over this problem of the team balance. I have proposed that the levels should be 'slanted' in favor of the HeadCrabs (ie. very dark, lots of small vents, etc.). There are also other suggestions that we have been going over.

I fixed it. I don't plan on having any real pictures in the gallery because this does not have much (if any) concept art to it. I might put screenshots and current level designs up though.
