So, if I make a mod for Men of War: Assault Squad that is based on.. let's say, Total War: Attila. Knowing that all the vanilla content of Total War: Attila is copyrighted (for the name, trademarked) by The Creative Assembly, won't it be technically stealing from The Creative Assembly? If this was a mod FOR Battlefront, you could use the name and the loading image. You're lucky I am not sending DICE an e-mail right now about copyright issues. So since you refuse to be creative and change things and you resort to material trademarked and copyrighted by DICE, I could just report this to them. The thing is, I am not hating on this mod. It's just annoying how some people violate copyright laws. If this issue is addressed, then I will let you do your business. Feel free to decide on the path of this mod. To be banned, or to be spared. Good day to you!
The name Battlefront is trademarked by DICE and I think that the loading image is copyrighted by DICE too. You cannot use them without permission from DICE. Just wanted to say.
