if you never saw anything like this you think, wat is that?
well I don't know neither, but I know how I done it: I made a brush with water textures. and I made it deeper, whille I was doing that I saw it. when I releasd the button it disapeard.

ProblemExplain: Water brushes apply a reflection once they are created , if you lower the water the reflections will shrink. If they shrink too much they are starting to overwrite their colors and this happens , bretty badass FX.
