Hey all! I am an avid gamer (not that im good at it) I like half life and gmod and lotsa other games too.
I scanned in this page which i drew up during school (bludge period!). handwriting may be illedgible ow, but i'm working on improving the pics.

Some time after your escape from the N.E.R.D.s facility, the combine catch up to you. They must've hit the engine, because the eviscerator coasts to a stop, halfway across an old arch bridge in front of a huge dam. The strider last seen wading after you at the end of R&D comes up behind, and charges up its LAZOR. (honestly, couldnt resist saying that. LAZOR. LAAAAAAAAZOOOOOR.) anyway, the blue beam of death is just about to be unleashed on you when...
View cuts to the combine citadel. BOOM. no more citadel. anyway, view cuts back to dam... the explosion interferes with the striders aim, and y some lucky fluke, the charged lazor of doom hits the APC cutting off your escape. BOOOM. combine go flying.
An advisor flies overhead, bringing that familiar red throbbing first experianced by Gordon and Alyx in EP1. Then the shockwave catches up, and the dam cracks and breaks. The strider is killed instantly, while you are washed away by the chaotic flow of water. The eviscerator is breaking up. wood and metal is flying everywhere. Then, a tree trunk (or the fan blade from the back of the eviscerator) hits you, and the screen goes black.
After the dam is destroyed, you wake up in the splintered wreckage of the eviscerator. On an island. In actual fact, it is a hill... the tree is tall and has the eviscerator's steering fan embeded deep in the trunk. A dead strider, undoubtably the one from the dam, has washed onto the hill/island. A short way downstream, the fast-moving water cascades over a cliff, with a rusted field of radio antennae poking out of the water. upstream, you can see smoke and a huge section of the dam blocking the old river's route, and the APC the strider on the dam destroyed is impaled on a tree. A dead combine soldier floats past, and is washed over the cliff/waterfall (to be impaled on a radio antenae, not that you see it.) you currently have no weapons; but this is about to change. a piece of wood floats and grounds itself on the island, on it is the gravity gun.
To get off the island, you use the gravgun to pull the fan blade from the tree... which falls down, forming a temporary bridge. As soon as you cross, a surge of water carries it away, inundating the island hill you so briefly were stranded on.
