Btw, just an idea: Couldn't you add a continous focus, that speeds up integration? Or maybe modify the 'Supress subjects' one to do that as well besides lowering subject autonomy?

It might just be me, but I don't think you can ever do the focus 'Help Finland'. It says I need to have at least 2 volunteers sent to Finland, but my country is not allowed to send volunteers. Usually there is a focus that enables a country to do it, but I can't seem to find it here.
Btw, just a thought: I don't think the focus 'Wilson's 10th Point' should change the ruling party to democratic. Here's the reason: In the last years of WWI, after the death of Franz Joseph, the new Kaiser und König, Karl was trying to federalize the monarchy, and had he succeeded, the monarchy could've survived in it'S new form. However it was too late, for the nationalities at that time were already promised independence by the Entente. So, what I say is that, federalising the monarchy should only strenghten the neutral party, rather than changing to democratic.
Also in the event 'The fate of Dalmatia' it says "Just like with the rest of TEH coast" instead of "Just like with the rest of THE coast".
So, I've noticed that when I complete the 'Restore the Monarchy' focus, after taking the 'Befriend Austria' focus, it also auto-completes the 'War with Austria' one. It's not game-breaking or anything I just thought I'll point it out.
I was thinking that, since Austria-Hungary more influence in the Balkans we could force the Greeks to cede some territory to the Italians, or maybe guarantee that we will join the war against the Greeks should Italy declear war on them.
Maybe, to make it more appealing for Italy to accept the demands, Austria-Hungary should in exchange support Italy's expansion into Greece.
When you form Austria-Hungary, in the partition of Yugoslavia you probably want to keep Slovenia instead of trading it for Zara. But then in the Demand Italian Provinces focus you can't get Zara, so I think that should be there as well.
When you changed the provinces so that Croatia gets a coast, and Dalmatia is smaller there happened to be a problem. If youside with Germany, and decide to keep only your core states you will probably get rid of Dalmatia, since it wasn't part of Hungary. But then you can't complete the national focus Concentric Road Network. Also then it would be better if the Dalmatian Ports focus would be changed to Croatian Ports, as you can't do it either.
Allright. I'll do it eventually, but right now I don't have the time for it.
All right, I'm done with the Tegetthoff class model. You can check it out here: Imgur.com
Tell me if you like it or not, and if I should do some other ships as well.
So, after I spent hours trying to edit the images into something that resembles the style of Paradox, I decided that it's really not the way to go. Instead, I used Paradox's basic battleship model, and started to edit it to look like a Tegetthoff class ship. I'm halfway trough and so far it seems that this will work out pretty well. I'll upload the results once I'm finished.
EDIT: I have to cut off the height of the masts though, as they cannot fit into the given image size.
Could you upload the original pictures of the ships you used? I'll see if I can do anything with them.
This happened to me as well, but if you raise their opinion of you to 50 or above, then you can merge with them even if they're not in the faction.
I checked the models you've made and here's what I've noticed: Unlike the Paradox models you've also put the underwater parts of the ship into the models. Another difference is the amount of light. The models of Paradox seem to be quite darker, and they use a lot of contrast as well. With these issues fixed I think they can be turned into good looking models. Btw I think I might know some people, who are skilled in editing images, I just don't think they have the time.
EDIT: Also I think the flags on the ships should be removed, they seem a bit out of place.
I love the new look of the techs. If you're planning to add more unique stuff to research I would suggest adding new ships. The Empire had it's number of ship-classes before it's dissolution, most notaby the Tegetthoff-class dreadnaughts.
Wow, you work fast. I've checked it and it's amazing! I was wondering though if it's possible to get the techs of Austria and Czechoslovakia when they join? Because the czechs got tanks already and tactical bombers and it would be logical if they shared the tech after they joined. I'm happy that I could help btw. (As a sidenote in the description of the national focus Invite Czechoslovakia it says INviting instead of Inviting.)
Also, if I'm correct the state of Veneto (State ID: 160) was never part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, so why does it have a core claim there? It was part of the Habsburg Empire, but it was handed over to Italy years before the formation of Austria-Hungary.
It's a great mod, thanks for your work! I love that I can create Austria-Hungary, and that I get cores on it'S lost provinces. It would be nice though if there would be an event to reclaim these lands too, not just the ones belonging to the Kingdom of Hungary. Maybe if you could add an option beside inviting Poland to the faction, to declare war on them and reclaim Galicia? And inviting Czechoslovakia to be part of the Empire? Anyway, it's already awesome.
