Hey Aruda, a week of playing this amazing mod has made me think of a few suggestions that may want to consider :). First of all, I notice most of the helmet selection are pretty similar, I admire the different plate variants and details but realistically speaking helmet should be more diverse. It's true that helmets of the 14-15th century were commonly Bascinets but it wasn't exclusively that, Sallet would be a thing by this time period and would be more accessible to the troops instead of them all wearing different types of Bascinet, same with Barbute. While on the topic of Bascinets, I would love to see more variants instead of the common clapvisor, hound or pig. Like Great Bascinets and the various visors of the Italian Bascinets.

The technical side of things is that I notice that the helmets are often slightly large which is especially noticeable on the open visors. Also, I notice that most plate armors come with aventails and same with most helmets. That might not be something you can fix because I get that the armor resources has that already.

In terms of faction differences, I really hope we get more definition between Nords and Vaegir comparing to Swadians. In my opinion, the Nords just looks like dismounted Swadians with more emphasis on the color blue and wear coat of plates (occasionally). While Vaegir I see most in bascinets and plates rather than the more defining Cuman/Turkish styled masked helmets and lamellar. For Nords, I would really love to see more Teutonic fashioned styles, so like Greathelms, horns, furs, and longer surcoats (Longer surcoats because infantry). Whereas Vaegirs, I'd love to see more eastern influence rather than western. Also a quick add to Khergits, their armors are way too outdated for this time, they would have had more metal protection: lamellar, mail, even plate as part of their arsenal. But I have no doubt you planned to improve on Khergits already.

Statwise I am a little confused by the fact that all the archers suck except for the Nords (oddly) with a power draw of 6. I thought that Swadia would definitely have the upper hand; being inspired off of England after all, even the Vaegir are worse than Nords. I think Vaegir should have shorter bows at a higher power draw and Nords just be skirmishers with smaller bows but with throwing weapons as a sidearm. And of course, making Swadian Longbowmen as renowned as their IRL counterpart. I would also love to see more diversity in the Khergits like infantrymen and dismounted lancers.

But in the end it's all suggestions, it wouldn't change the fact that this mod is awesome and my personal favorite. I know that its only in Beta and a lot of things will change/improve but these are my *serious* suggestions that I would love to see in future updates. Thanks for the consideration and I can't wait to see what you plan to bring to this mod!

I just want to say, the amount of detail and thought into this mod is absolutely unbelievable, I have never seen better and historic animations in mount and blade like the ones in this mod, especially the down block with swords. I love the half-swording option. Without a doubt my favorite mod by a long shot, well done Aruda, you've really outdone yourself. Some future implementations id love to see would be town blacksmiths able to upgrade modifiers seen in Awoiaf Mod, buildable forts or re-nameable fiefs. Again such an amazing mod, keep up the fantastic work! :)

So every time I use the WSE launcher, it launches the game and then once the load finishes it just crashes. And without the launcher I get a run time error. How do I fix that?
