What should i do? i was installing R7 but it gave me following error message: "unable to start 0x00007b"

Hey,
first i have to say NICE MOD AND GOD JOB.
I have a Q, when i look in my task manager, the game doesnt take more than 3,6 GB RAM ;( (in Zaton or other big maps i get fps drops)
Can you help me?
