compannions inventory management and arms/armor automatic upgrades have disaperd. I'ved checked changelog and missed that change. Is it suposed to be like that?

Still cant convince a lord do defect even when is my friend (+71).
Only can get companions to be vassals. Is it meant to be like that?

I dont understand why it's only available to your minister to invite other lords to be your vassals. Even when I offer a castle they refuse. Note that my relation is over 35 to 48. Im I missing something?
