Which MTW-Kindoms version i need for this mod?

I am from Germany so our time is a "little" bit different :D
But i hope that this mod will release today, its the best MTW LOTR MOD ever.
If the download link is availibe can you write it down here please?

I am waiting fot this mod so long and my heart is beating faster with every day the mod may release :D
