yes, the same thing happens with prussia, Im going to try the Ui.pack file you gave and come back to tell you how it worked

UPDATE: I discovered its ONLY when they offer/demand regions from me, not happening with anything else; how can I fix this?

hey the mod is great! only problem i found is that for some reason i cant respond to some diplomatic proposals I get during the ia turns, any help?, as russia for example i keep getting a polish proposal to exchange on of my provinces for money, I cant reject nor accpet, and theres no way around it, everytime this happens im forced to press alt-f4
