No just Half Life 2 and Update files, you will need SDK 2013 beta as well.

His hand is there because before the left hand wasn't really supporting any weight so it makes more sense now, also changing that one tiny detail would mean having to almost entirely re-animate the rifle.

I'm just another player but I think I can still answer a few things you've asked:
-I agree, the new aricraft system seems a little weird but I think they made these changes for a reason and just haven't fixed any issues. Personally I loved the F-5 with it's guns but ever since the update it's been like every other jet with a high RoF.

-You can't take the other teams vehicles because this system was made to prevent vehicle stealing and to award points for destroying enemy vehicles.

-And the M16A4 is only burst and single. The M16A3 is the only full auto M16 other than the A1.

Thank you guys so much for continuing updates for this mod, keep adding this great content! This is pretty much the only way I play BF2 now. All you guys need is a dogfight map with all fighters.

Every time I attempted to launch a map it crashed.

This patch breaks the game. Full 0.4 client works however.
