There is no way I can extract the file. Cant even open it with my phone that does not use winrar. i've downloaded it numerous times in different ways using pc and phone. I dont know what else to do. Is there any thing you can do to help me?

please, please what compressor are you using. cant extract the file. i've downloaded the previous patch also and could not open it. other mods have worked for me. im using winrar 3.80. i've tryed downloading the mod using laptop and phone. cant open, can you please help.
