Are there going to be greater deamons?

Hi guys,

In the next release, are you going to keep the arena fighters in their own gear? Because the practice weapons are really no match for some of the higher tier armour.
Also, i don't seem to recieve any money upon winning a tournement, even when i had wagered some money.

It would also be amazing if you could speed up the time while enlisted in a lords party as you would while on your own, considering you have to sit and look at your screen for almost an hour or more to get something done.

Also, im watching a let's play on youtube and the guy had some problems, i dont know if you know about them, or if they are already fixed. But its like this:

The bigger units orcs, trolls etc. get stuck on those spikes around some of the castles and goblins would sometimes get stuck on top of the ladder, preventing units from entering. Also, some units spawn outside/on top of the walls, falling of as soon as it loads.

Also, the factions could not be eliminated and his towns kept on being raided by goblin lords with only themselves in the party.
