Rolled back to Anomaly_Magazines_0.2.2 - the problem disappeared.
I ran into such a problem. I will try to reproduce the actions:
- charge the magazine with N rounds,
- install a grenade launcher on the weapon,
- charge the grenade,
- open inventory
- the current number of roundsin the magazine - will be 0,
- current underbarrel grenades - will become equal to N rounds.
If the error does not reproduce, you can try to reset the magazine or attach-unfasten the sight.

P.S. I noticed this problem when grenades stopped being spent and weapons began to weigh almost 11 kg =)

All magazines are empty, all weapons are empty. The backpack is empty.
After loading, I spawned new magazine and some ammo. When you hover over the magazine - game crashes.
Works with any magazines.

amd radeon r7 370 is a weak card on a second PC.
On both cards - the problem is the same. When I start the game with DX11, I get an error.
Why is the name of the mod used obscene name?
Your fix and advice almost completely solved the problem.
I launched the .reg file, disabled all settings related to SSAO, also disabled AVX.
For a couple of hours of the game there was a crash only once. Prior to this, the game crashed dozens of times more often.

Unfortunately, this solution did not help me. In those places where the game usually crashed (DX11), the entire OS now hangs completely. It is necessary to emergencyly restart the system.
Anomaly-150-3 has a lot of bugs, compared to 2.4. It would be better if I did not install this version ...
I tried on Intel (R) Core (TM) i3-4160 CPU @ 3.60GHz with integrated graphics. When applying optimized textures, FPS became stable for about 30+ frames.
On Ryzen7 2700X and Sapphire Radeon RX 5700 8G also works, but these textures are not needed there =)
This mod does not affect the runtime of the animation. Therefore, the emissions will take as much time as before.
