The problem seems to be that there isn't enough demand for RGOs to justify hiring those pops. I will add this to the list of things to fix (i will either try to increase demand or i will reduce the percentage of farmers and labourers)

After doing some research, I should probably move those polish pops to other counties (probably poland). will add to the to-do list for the next update.

they didn't have the resources to displace the people, but there are decisions to do precisly that during the game.

The holes are a strange bug that i can't seem to fix, but if i recall correctly you can claim ireland later once you have formed the uk. (i finally managed to fix the holes)

so when opening singleplayer? if that's the case make sure you don't have other mods enabled and/or redownload the mod
