I've downloaded the file. I installed ROTR. but when i want to launch the game it says, 'error, the file was downloaded in the wrong folder'

i've got Zero hour from the first decade. do i have to choose
The folder Command and Conquer Generals The first decade or open this and choose;
The folder Command and Conquer Generals (tm) Zero hour

Please help me because i really want to play this mod !!
BTW; first installed 1.85 then 1.86 nothing works
