Daenerys is in the game already, and the white walkers and night's watch have already been confirmed to not be in the game.

It has been confirmed that the white walkers will not be a part of the game, and that the wall will have very little role in how the game plays, so I doubt it.

If you're having problems installing (Cannot find Kingdoms Exe thing) Then make sure you have the right version. Amazing mod though (<3 teh uruks) and the patch fixed up my biggest issue; All the diplomats and generals were continuously referring to England. ._. But it's awesome though!
