Grab a program called '7-zip'. Very dynamic.

You will need a spellbook, a spell, and sufficient magic skill to copy it to your spellbook.

Copying is done from the Camp menu, and if you have the spell in your inv and it doesn't show up under the copy option, then you don't have enough magic power.
