I have a problem with bow,crossbow and throwing wep. my archery skill is 400 and with bow of 99 accuracy the reticle doesnt close fully its around 80 to 85 % close. I even tried cheating and raised all stats to 699 and its the same and i turned of the blood loss in mod options. So if anyone knows how to fix this il be grateful. Thanks!

I have the same problem. I even tried to cheat and put everything on max and disabled blood loss effect in mod options.
