When I try to open the game, it says VCSPC.DLL has failed to load :/

For the people that cant see the new car textures, i have a fix.. download alci's img editor and look for your gta3.img file.. then hit the rebuild button.. hope this helped

finaly installed it.. i have new clothes new sounds car names but not the textures..

my game said ogg.dll is missing.. i downloaded that file and now it sais vorbis.dll is missing.. how do i fix this??

Awesome mod! but it chrashes when i use cleo 3.. :(
