There will most likely not be a “end boss” to this mod. DiO has said before that you can complete each realm when in your own time.

I recommend PMing DiO if you would like an immediate response. Bluntly the mod is not likely to be completed in 3-4 weeks 3 realms quest implimentation and QA rounds still remain.
