are u have the exe file for mod launcher ? i searching on google found but error 'file backup.skuldef not found'.

i have create mod folder and put tiberium-insanity folder (*.big file inside) into document kanes wrath, then how with the mod launcher ?
the bibber eu at your comment in other pages are cant be accesed, the content is 'good bye' ? are that site was shutdown ?
