Yay another exp for the Aeon ^_^. Cybrans were stealing all the show imo :P. Cyrax is just a bad a$$ guy :D.
Btw got any plans on improving the ACU ?? It would be nice to restore him to its former glory, and also get an increased size. Back in the old days the ACU was about 4x important than it is now. Shame on these new devs!!

A mod with the normal AI but everything else revamp would be nice, it'll give more variety to the game, and the community can happily switch over to mix things up anytime they like. The research on revamp is way better in my opinion, also the units ^^. So yeah I won't deny my gratefulness if u do it :P.
I just tried the new revamp update, was doing very nice, speed +2, 2 AI with 75 resource bonus, but at almost endgame, SC crashed T__T, I think it's the first crash I have with the game. I'll continue testing it, so far loving the changes too :). Thumbs Up !!
What game speed ? I played at normal speed and in 3v3 matches, but now due to increased cap i play 2vs2 since the game slows down way much with that many units :P. And you must be PRO to beat a cheating AI, and even more rushing it. I used to play just almost hard. But yeah I feel this AI easier (for me) than the default one, of course I didn't play against a cheating one before, so u know better.
Oh and I know the scale of the units don't affect the gameplay, I just wanted to have the option to play the "Default gameplay" with your scaling units too, that's all...
Now I'll check the new update and continue feeding back ^_^, many thx again for your efforts !!

Today I played other skirmishes, cap 1000 though, cause the AI takes just too long to do any daring attack with the 2000 cap, as it waits till it has a huge army. And so basically the AI doesn't rushes now, just turtle, making the goal, either endure and die with it, or look for a way to blaster its defenses. Kinda eases things now, since there's only one path to follow. But it definitely test how you will accomplish that. Very interesting alternative to the default way of playing.
Sad to know a big % of the community has forgotten this great game, cause of its initial release state, if only more ppl were helping, modding, etc it'll be the game of the year :(.
Oh, one last thing, I've been looking out how to scale the units down without affecting the default gameplay, but no clue...any direction toward where and what to look in the gamefiles would be greatly appreciated ^_^.

Already tried increasing the cap to 2000 and boy it was CHAOS !!!...literally. For one decreasing the scale (which gives a very neat look <-- thumbs up) has given the computer the "ability" (if it can be called that) to build huge crowded bases that can take on about 20 experimentals, give or take, and these aren't the main ones, I'm talking about the expansions ones. Something is wrong, maybe the defense points are overpowered but experimentals go down fast and I don't even wanna mention normal shielded veteran units...Once I invaded from behind with the experimental teleport structure and actually took the AI (not hard, custom)by surprise, none of their troops were there, but still the Base managed to obliterate my whole land army about 700 mixed troops including about 12 land experimentals...
Idk what can't be done about it, the tiny maps are gone now, not that I'm complaining but something doesn't feel right, or maybe it is just me that needs to find "the force"...anyways I'll keep testing and seeing results, still awesome mod ^_^, drags the noob out of me @_@!...and hey ! maybe you reinvented the concept of Supreme Commander after all :P.
Impressive mod for SC 2 , it's like playing Forge Alliance again except that this time it runs 2x smoother and beautiful.
One thing though, while testing on a SP skirmish, at one point I had like only 10 units but I was at 500/500 on the caps...buildings count towards the cap now ??? This is the only Fail I've found, everything else great, the units, the AI, economy...but not being able to build almost any units at all was lame...my base was not that big to start.
Anyway I hope this mod goes forever and that the community that had no respect over SC 2 see that it's now a better game than Forged Alliance.

I just discovered this place, so far looking and reading everything that catches my eye. My favs interests are Anime, Music and gaming. Currently playing SC 2 (supreme commander 2, not the dumba$$ Starcraft) , Fallout New Vegas, Two Worlds and that's about it. Enough to say I love oriental and occidental RPGs, real good shooters (like UT III not garbage like COD ) and real time strategy games. Dying for the upcoming release of Shogun and Fable for the pc.
