I am trying to add into swfoc.exe but it is just not letting me do it, does anyone know how to fix this?

I have 2 issues with playing this mod. The first being the .bat file does not start up the mod, but instead starts up the normal game. The second being that the 4gb file does not want to work and when I try putting it onto the swfoc.exe it refuses to add it on and tells me some sort of error happened. Does anyone know how to fix either or both of these problems?
