well i gave it a ten out of ten because this is the only that hasn't crashed in or outside the game at all

i now give it a 9.75 now because i haven't experienced a crash yet but today when one of the nuke generals dropped a emp bomb it was multiple emp waves i guess my computer could only take so much emp explosions (idk but i think i reffering to ram) so yeah it just crashed three minutes before i posted this
