Try using the 4gb patch in the mods folder. The base game's 2gb usage is being overloaded and needs that patch. It's not you, its the core 2gb limit.

That is his developer version. It is not in the lite version for overhaul & reworking reasons.

Check the text folder in the mod. Might need to switch it to english if it is in french.
