I cant get arma armed assault working properly

i dont get any volume on my game no matter what i do. will the patch help?

i installed it but there is no icon just a file. maybe i downloaded the wrong thing

why wont it work? it is only a file wtf.

i cant figure out why the file is downloaded above. yet i cant play it. maybe its not the full version. I played at friends house and it was awesome! any advice?
