Turns out it's PP3 for STCOC WP, removed it from my files and the problem disappeared like artifacts in a crowded cordon.
It seems that addon isn't made for this version of the game.

Could it be AF3 Misery edition for CoC or NOMAD's ReShade V1?
cause I checked my texture folder and there's no water map to be found

Been playing for a while now with a couple of mods installed,
has anyone else experienced this before?
The ground texture in Jupiter is all messed up,

Yes I meant the ground.
It remains when I use scroll lock to turn it off though, reshape doesn't replace any in-game textures does it? I was thinking it was af3 but I have no idea what the exact name of Jupiter's grass is in the game files so I have no clue really.
