It worked for me. This is what they wrote:
I had that problem and figured it out. go to the control panel. click "systems and security". then click "system". then click "advanced system settings". go to the "performance" settings. go to "data execution prevention" and set it to "turn on DEP for essential windows programs and services only". after that, hit apply and restart you computer.
