battalions with hero icons cause bugs.

I'm working on the heroes of the demo-factions at the moment.

It's simple:
Use Cirith Ungol units. They are strong against armored units and cost no CP. ;)

The hero submod doesn't work with Edain 4.0, yet.

That's a feature of the heroes submod. ;)

Delete that, too.
That is the unoffical translation. It won't cause a gamecrash, but it will mix up some discriptions.

Just open your Rise of the Witch-King's Installationpath. Mostly it's C:/ProgramFiles/ElectronicArts/RiseoftheWitchking
There is file called ___a999_edain_heros3.1.big.
Delete it and everything will be fine.
You don't need to do anything with the englishpatch files. The Demo's installer will overwrite the englishpatch-file automaticly.

I already did this on Modding-Union. But I think i need to tell you this here, too:
For all of you who are currently using the Heroes Submod:
Remember to remove the submod's big-file from your Rise of the Witch-King's directory, BEFORE you install the Edain 4.0 Demo. Otherwise there will be a game crash. The submod doesn't work with the new version, yet.

no, he isn't a ringhero in the submod. he gets some new mechanics with Elrond's ringsystem.

There is no release date. So nobody knows exactly when it will be available. Not even the team itself.

You have to activate the abilities "Wissen der Numenorer" (Wisdom of the Numenorians), "Innere Stärke" (Inner Strength) and "Rückkehr des Königs" (Return of the King). You can find them in Aragorn previous forms. Oh, and you need Halbarad on the battlefield to activate them. ;)
