You need to rename the original americas expansion to something else and the mod folder to americas

you can get into the main menu but from there clicking on custom battle crashes the game. When i try to start third age campaign game crashes- Fatal graphic error or whatever. Maybe a future update will make this sub-mod playable for people without the steam version.

So i found out that the mod works if you dont have steam
just follow the steps 1-3 then skip step 4 and change the name of third age reforged to british_isles, teutonic, crusades or americas then launch with the shortcut of the expansion you choose and it works.

How do i install it with the Nonsteam version ?

Where can i fidnd the Valyrian blade inn keepers told me i have to speake whit Weaponsmith in Qohor but when i speake whit him he doesnt says anything about the sword halp pls

nevermind then TATW mod is not working anymore it says the same thing as petty kings

yes i can run other mods like TATW

When i start the mod it loads for a while and then says
Medieval 2: Total War encountered an unspecified error and will now exit.
