I have installed it copied to files to the SDk folder restarted steam... yet it refuses to start... I appreciate the modders' hard work but it is soooo tiring that mods keep acting up.

Hi everyone I am trying to download it, but it keeps running low on download speed then at 0 always finishes without actually completing the download.
