there will be a quest from one of the scientists at Yantar after u help Sakharov....u will be visiting it then....don try to go to areas not involving missions as u might do something which was supposed to be performed later during a quest and then u will be left with a broke quest

u can only add to vehicles u bought or the one barkeep/sid gav for u during the darkscape escape i guess....
