The reason why there are alot of M1's taken out is bcause they're fighting an unconventional war,M1 tankers got the most experience in combat considering they're in a hostile environment most of the time,well yeah there's the challenger2, but that was just an isolated incident,only facing rpg's, unlike the abrams facing "IED's" w/c the insurgents always use alot.

So saying the abrams is a crappy tank is just damn retarded

its an m60-2000,an m60 incorporating an abrams turret,hull shape, though shorter since the road wheels only count six as opposed to the real abrams 7 road wheels, skirt armor.. though it retains the m60's engine exhaust as it is still diesel powered

yeah..i know, but instead of the asteroid model for the RU, why not a container ship instead? that is if it is even possible to change the model

well, the container ships that I thought that could replace the asteroid models about could just be wrecked ones full of limited amounts of valuable RU's, so they could act like asteroids like they would be in HW2

is it possible to change the model for the RU asteroids? if it is, then you could just change the model for the asteroids into a RU container ship that you could model, from that, resource collectors/salvagers could just go to that heap & gather resources to make it fit the halo universe that the asteroid collecting from the HW2 universe

I'd say MAC guns dont produce such recoil of any sort, since they dont need any propellant charges,propellant-based weapons would be the type to have recoil....The targets though would be the ones to be pushed upon impact
of the projectile...

How bout giving it the role of a secondary carrier/support role or sumthin? its a civilian ship refitted into military standards,so it should be good as a heavy carrier (modified)..carrying large numbers of longswords,it can also be good to modify it also as a anti-strikecraft ship w/ large numbers of PDS turrets or a missile bombardment ship,supporting attacking ships from the rear lines?

i got a suggestion regarding the resourcing for your mod guys..why not make an option like introducing the "RU injection system" w/c was used in homeworld2 warlords aside from the original harvesting operations?
