Same problem here, at first I could disguise and sometimes get in towns when I had small army, but now when I have over 50 men I can't do that anymore

So I started again with wood elf and I've reached same in game days as with other character and I noticed this: I am still allowed to enter elven towns, but cant enter Sigmar's, Bretonian and Kislev's town. I can enter Sylvans towns, dwarven towns etc. Relations on the beginning were: Sigmar -5, Woodland elves -10, it seems like it negates the relation values

Okay, gonna try anew then give you report.

In the beginning everything was ok, I could get into Elven castles/towns without any problems. I bought myself some gear, everything great, then I went to Brettonias town and I got the menu screen as if I'm hostile to them, only options were to request for a meeting, disguise and to leave (didn't attack any of their farmer etc. even solved some quests for them). Then I fought Elven desrters, glade guards I think, and from that moment I get menu which I described. Went to dwarven towns, everything okay. Opened relations with factions and it said player's relation -58 for the Woodland elves, I wasn't attacked by them neither I have attacked them. When I saved some elven farmers from zealots I got notification that the relation is increased from 5 to 6. Confuuuused

I play as wood elf and I have good relations with woodelf kingdom but now i can't get in any of their cities/castles because it says its held by hostile troops O.o

I somehow have -58 relations with them, have negative relations with all good factions.

I guess you didn't follow the instructions located in Documentation in mod's folder
