you have to save it with the same name you specified in the setings menu

Documents\My Games\mow vietnam\profiles\YOUR VIETNAM PROFILE\save\any save name you want.

whenever you save, use that name.
also leave DCG running while you play

you have to install the game first without Steam, then put Gamespy key into Steam, uninstall MoW, re download it with steam.
