Review:

Pretty bitching. However, I would say that Russians are perhaps a tad underpowered. Maybe if they had some ability which allowed them to increase the resources from any captured point (which also gives them some early game point securing ability), and possibly decrease the amount of damage the stronghold takes from small arms fire (it takes tons at the moment.

That's about it for now.

The T-34 was a good tank in that it was cheap, and fairly well balanced (you needed dedicated AT weapons to take it out). In gamer terms, it was "spammable".

Couple of things here:
Something should really be happening at the base of the barrel there.

You have the pivots going into the bunker, which are probably unnecessary, and you can free up some polygons under there.

If I were making this, I'd probably only make it one turret and bunker (and halve the price and build time if needs be).

The civilian bunker is alright, but the battleship turrets are a bit bland.

Don't get too defencive about all this, BTW.

I'm going to have to say that may have a polycount that is a little too high.

The cannon bit is nice, definitely. However, the base does seem a little boring (pentagon raised up). Consider maybe a bunker styled structure with a clear entrance and exit, or a loading bay for ammo (which could make for a reloading animation, a large crane thing lifting a shell into the gun).

The pillboxes around the base are a little high poly, you may want to reduce them to hexagonal or pentagonal.

A possible idea could be to make this structure garrisonable, and remove the MGs from around the base, and instead put firepoints there instead.
