I think it's to better suit their projectiles as they have a yellow-orange trailer and a yellowish warhead anim.

How'd you guys get it so that each subfaction can build its specific tank (like PsiCorps can build Lashers and Scorpion Cell can build Mantis', etc.), and have another subfaction capture THAT subfaction's war factory and build their tank (for example, if a Latin Confederation player captures a Pacific Front WF, that LC player can now build Kappas along with their Jaguars, and vice-versa)? I've tried emulating that by messing around with Owner=, RequiredHouses= and ForbiddenHouses= on the units but that causes issues, namely the aforementioned "one faction captures another's factory and can build THAT faction's units too" thing doesn't happen. I've been using Ares 0.2p2, if that info does anything.

I think the flak is the muzzleflash anim for the Stalker's main weapon, judging from the position RIGHT at the end of their guns; and the fireballs are that weapon's projectiles.
