Well it is official this mod is dead the creators have moved on to GTAIV for now it was a great project but to be honest it would be twice as better on GTAIV

When i download the beta and install it i get an error saying MSCR110.dll is missing well i ended up getting passed that and it still gives me errors when i try and start it up i dont understand.

ok i dont understand why i cant download this...its just way to big when i get about 170 to 240 megabytes downloaded the download fails everytime i dont understand why this happens it happens on both google chrome and mozilla firefox...if anyone knows why this happens please tell me why i really want to download this mod.

wow heck of a download but well worth it.

Ive been waiting a good couple of years for this mod to release i remember when it was first started after the VCO servers were shut down. Incredible mod and a great addition to GTAVC
