Had a lot of fun with this! The ending was pretty tense, and it was surprising to actually feel a little scared of Ravenholm again.

Just wanted to point out a few things I found though:

The door to progress has no handle, which in Source games generally means that the door is just decorative. People who are used to Half-Life may not realize it can be opened.

-2069 x, 182 y, 417 z
The double doors open in opposite directions.

There were a few points where it didn't seem too clear on where to go, but the main one was in rtbr_salvation_04.
The first gas can to start the generator is dimly lit, and there's no indictation that this would be the solution in the first place. The player has been taught about grabbing gas cans before, but only as part of the burning sections, and they are clearly indicated.

But in general, this mod was really enjoyable, I'd definitely recommend it!

Thank you for doing this! It's been a lot of fun to play Decay again in a new way.

I did find a few minor issues, nothing major. But I'll list them just so you're aware:

- The Barney at the beginning of Code Green (hts07) refers to the player as "you two" (Voice line is `ba_ht08_03`)

- The HEV chargers near the beginning of Crossfire (hts08) and Intensity (hts08) looks like they're empty and don't animate, despite having power in them. (This may affect all HEV chargers, I tried looking for more but there aren't many in Decay)

- Some Vortigaunts and Alien Grunts (but it doesn't seem to be all of them) in Crossfire (hts08) and Intensity (hts09) fade away a few seconds after they die, as if playing the censored German version. The same happens with the soldiers in Xen Attacks.
This seems to be vanilla PS2 Decay behaviour.

- The Health Station at 233x,457y,147z in Crossfire (hts08) isn't attached to the wall, instead floating in front of it slightly. I think this is also a vanilla PS2 bug. Shown here: I.imgur.com

- Not really a bug, but during the ending, Dr Keller is looking to Gina's right (as he'd normally be looking at both Gina and Colette). Maybe either Gina could be moved a bit, or (perhaps the easier solution) Keller could be rotated slightly.

- Keller also says "my friends" instead of "my friend" a couple of times. One is at the ending (`dk_12_success`), but seeing as there's a scientist behind him it could still make sense. The other is one of his idle voicelines, `dk_idle4`.

I'm not having any performance issues with fire, but when enemies are set on fire, I get this weird flickering. I've tried it both with and without the performance patch, but neither seem to solve it.

I've got a video of it below, but it isn't as bad in the video. In-game, it shows up more like big black lines across the screen. Any advice?
