Be sure of this:
1) The "RushToSupremacy4N-L" folder must be set in "Universe At War Earth Assault".

2) The MOD Directory must contain the batch file and the "Data" folder (the Data folder of the game and the MOD's one Must NOT be merged).

3) If game is installed in the C drive try running the .bat as administrator

I tested it only offline (skirmish and lan multi-player). For me, the game itself works only on Windows XP & Vista. On 7 works only for a couple of time, and on 8.1 doesn't start at all.

Ok. I've downloaded the file to see if there is any problem with the archive:
The Mod works without issue.

The "unable to find LaunchUAW" seems to be a path error.

I don't know if there is any difference between the Italian version of the game and the other language, but in my version of the game there is a LaunchUAW.exe and a UAWEA.exe in the root directory...
So, I'm trying to figure out where is the problem:

1) The "RushToSupremacy4N-L" folder must be set in "Universe At War Earth Assault".

2) The MOD Directory must contain the batch file and the "Data" folder (the Data folder of the game and the MOD's one Must NOT be merged).

3) If game is installed in the C drive try running the .bat as administrator

Finally, if your game installation, for some reason I don't know, has different exe you can try one of this:
1) Edit the .bat: so change "start LaunchUAW.exe" with the name of your executable.
2) Make a Shortcut to your game, edit the path beyond the last " and add MODPATH=RushToSupremacy4N-L.
