Hello,

At the end of the quest that gives the "detective" achievement, Tremor and Grouse were nowhere to be found, so I used the debug mode and spawned Tremor's PDA manually to complete the quest. Everything is good except that....:
- I got "a friend of stalkers", and I didn't notice any difference in medics' prices
- I got "detective" and instead of being able to join every group of stalkers, I can't join any anymore
- I got "a man of balance" and prices from merchants didn't change.

Actually, after spawning the PDA and completing the quest (that has given me "detective" and "a friend of stalkers" at the same time) merchants in yanov adjusted their prices. Now Hawaiian sells and buys at Beards' prices, while Hermann raised the costs and buys my items for less.

This is crazy. Is there anything that I or you can do about this? Or was this intended?

About 3) it's breaking the economy in the sense that it's not sold, it's used for its antirad value, and since it has a ton of Kcal (makes no sense to me) they use it when they need an antirad and they also get half full stomach.

Basically, it removes any need for any kind of food and beverage. Everything goes down to buy jerrycan, hunt crow, never worry about rads or hunger again.

I get that there has to be a way to make money even in Misery, but I miss the meaning of this lame item.

@ kcs123 :
1) Are you planning to release patches for this version of the mod?
2) Will they need a new game?
3) I am making a spreadsheet on food, drinks and smokes and "The Beak" is totally OP. Is this intended? Many use it as the only source of food and it's ******* up the economy really hard (in their games, I don't want to use it).
4) I learned that there are field cooking kits but I can't find any. Do vendors sell them or are they "lootable only"?

yeah, there are sme opposite cases too. Sometimes (almost never) the AI is slow to react or doesn't react at all. I found 4 bandits walking near yanov and they almost didn't react to me shooting them.

From the game files, it seems like being prone or lower doesn't change the range of detection, only day/night and outfit do. Did I get it right?

Combat is fair about damage, unfair about aim

Hi. I'm really happy to be able to finally play this version. after some days, though, I really feel that the AI is cheating too much with its aim. I am a sniper, and I should be the one with the upper hand on long distances, but I keep getting hit in no time at distances of hundreds of meters by enemies that don't even have a decent optic for such distances, let alone a sniper rifle.

Same goes for grenades that basically land on my feet even if they throw them from tens of meters away and from behind obstacles (they basically throw them with almost no LOS and have almost perfect aim)

Please adjust this thing, it's impossible to play at long distances.
