If you're having pack problems well I sympathize son;
I got 29 items, had to drop eight guns.
Looks good. Just one comment regarding the vehicle specs: 750 HP should push the "Dukes" Dodge Charger from 0-100 kph in under 4 seconds.
Also, there are companies selling electronic scarecrow devices using recordings of distress calls from a variety of birds, including Corvus corax (Common Raven). These would be ideal if the quality is any good but the sites I briefly checked out required you to own their product before you could download the recordings.
Do they never have flames or only sometimes? I have noticed (in other mods) that the campfires only have flames when there are people occupying the camp, but the roaring fire sounds are always active, flames or not.
Good idea. That particular species wouldn't be found in Ukraine, but the Common Raven (Corvus corax) would, according to En.wikipedia.org and that site has a page on them: Allaboutbirds.org
The other possible bird from the Ukraine list is the Carrion Crow (Corvus corone).
There are quite a few raven recordings worth looking at: Macaulaylibrary.org is high quality and has a note of alarm, as the bird is defending its nest. The raven1.wav recording on Naturesongs.com (link is under "Common Raven") seems pretty appropriate, especially after reading the description. The cora2.wav recording in the next paragraph (under "this recording") has some good wing noise.

Also don't know why it says the error file is on D:, as this is my DVD-ROM.
I had a similar problem (mine is not a Steam version) despite having the latest drivers for my Sound Blaster X-Fi and the latest versions of DirectX and OpenAl. I was able to fix it by forcing the program to use DirectSound instead of OpenAl using the "-dsound" command line switch. I got the idea from Koroush Ghazi's Tweak Guide (http://www.tweakguides.com/STALKER_6.html) and he explains how to implement command line switches on Page 9 of his guide (http://www.tweakguides.com/STALKER_9.html). It is worth checking out his site as there is a lot of good info there.
