Hey thanks for the response, Tepp helped out a bunch as well and the mini patch works great so far. As far as duplicating Unofficial+ not working it only happened twice and then worked fine so it has to be something on my end but its all good now. And with the first installs not everything seemed to transfer over and i was getting base values for bio-materials, as of now i am getting more from all animals. I have also picked up meds from enemies but that only works if i am low/empty, and with that don't know if its a bug but when i leave the safe house i have a set amount of meds, 3 for the injections, but if i refill from items/enemies in the world i can only hold 2, just figured i would bring that up. Hopefully the info is helpful and not bothersome :).

understood, kind hoping that's the case seeing as a full mag +70 rounds is kinda weird. Does the issue with the magazines also conflict with total storage capacity in the workbench? The increased amounts the player can carry are nice but i can not craft beyond what the player can hold, is this by design?

Yeah i have been looking around in the code quite a bit as to why the FM-3000 doesn't allow you to carry a decent amount of ammo to no avail. I am not a coder don't have enough time, but i was digging in the p9_ro scripts looking at the WeaponCachBalance values and where the 7.62 ammo is located the values for minimum ammo and max backpack amount are set to 320 which is all the ammo you can currently carry for the FM, but changing those values got me some really weird results. FM went back to normal but so did most everything else, guessing there is more than just one location where i would have to change the values.

Oh and this is not part of the same topic at all but would there be any way to give the FM-3000 a bi-pod? Got super ****** when i found out the devs didn't give it one even though the pic showed it with one.

Well yeah but the game only has slightly more realism than battlefield, pluss your carrying a lmg, a pistol and a marksman's rifle, or lmg and a .50. Juswt kinda seems like a glitch, i can see stopping at two mags but a machine gunner isn't going to cary 70 stray rounds in his pocket. That and i am also wondering why the total craft amounts were changed?

I did read it all before, and did again my question is not there though :p. My question is, Why are the amounts of ammunition that you can craft and store so drastically decreased? Like the FM-300 has 250 round belts but you can only carry/craft 320 rounds in total, while before you carried/crafted the whole 1000 rounds, which is a little much but 500/750 would of been good :)

Tepp Seems like you are in contact with the author and i had a question as to why the max amount of craftable ammo has been reduced so severely? I because you can barely carry a full box for the FM-300-UM and its nice to have lots of ammo overcrafted for when you want to make a quick stop at the safehouse.

Hey i left a message on your main page for the GW3 mod, this one, and was reposting here to see if you had a chance to fix it. The issue is that when using the Unofficial+ version in the installer and activating the "Install weapons overhaul" part it always enables the exaggerated sway even if you chose no. Tepp, another patron, says he found the issue in the Scrips.p9_wo.pak, and that it could be fixed by replacing the info in there with the games standard sway script. I was going to attempt it but can not find the script files in the games directory.

Then you're not really looking, either provide information as to why the sway option doesn't work or go and actually learn something, reading something doesn't mean you magically understand it all. I am not here to teach a firearms for morons class, nor do i care that you can't see to grasp any of it. Hopefully the author with still find/answer my question after all your ignorant bs. Looking through binoculars is irrelevant when its not a task you perform every day, a trained individual can keep their body/weapon still.

Hey if you see all this garbage just ignore most of it, i am simply trying to notify you that for some unknown reason the option to turn off sway in "Unofficial+" doesn't seem to work. I have tried every configuration and it could be in the option before sway, "Weapon Overhauls" seeing as installing everything but that doesn't have sway issues.

Police don't usually use marksmen, SWAT teams do, closer to 350m with elevation, and its more like 4-6x, not hunting deer in Alaska. Didn't ask for a pointless opinion either, i asked initially if the author could address the issue with the mod mot working correctly. "..and no one is shooting while standing.." wft XD really, you do understand the engagement range for ground troops hits 250m and they manage that with un-magnified optics...while standing. Also doth think you have ever used a firearm, rifle or otherwise, ever. I use a 4x Leupold scope on my 9mm carbine, with mildots it's capable of an accurate spread of 1-2 inches at 400m, my Sks with a 8x is extremely accurate over/around 1.2km. I am poorly trained in comparison to lets say a marine marksman and still i experience very little "sway" when standing/crouched hitting at 700-900m, its simply control(even the wind is exaggerated but they had to do that seeing as without the mod your lucky to even see a NPC at 500-600m, 150-250 is the average and most rounds dont experience any diversion at those ranges due to wind).
That mentioned it takes time and training so simply using a mouse offers no challenge and then things like sway were put in to make things harder, which is fine, when it is reasonable. Sway in the mod reproduces nothing period. There is sway when prone....even with the bi-pod, i mean come the **** on the sepc-ops character isn't hunting targets in the middle of an earthquake.

you shouldn't need a bi-pod under 350-400m, a kilometer, sure then the bi-pod comes out, and even holding your breath with the amount of sway added still doesn't guarantee a direct hit. Not trying to attack the creators mod but i was a marksman through my local PD, sawy in the way its portrayed is nothing more than a video game construct, and they way its been increased makes the game even more fake. I enjoy pretty much everything else this mod has to offer seeing as a lot of it adds some realism, exaggerated sway does not.

On that note, I managed to get the Unofficial+ version working to an extent, but removing just the sway and leaving everything/anything else in ends up still installing the sway. Dont know whats going wrong but if the author could take a look at it id'e very much appreciate it, i will keep troubleshooting as well.

-EDIT-
The issue seems to be with the "Install Weapons Overhaul" option, entering Yes to that overwrites the decision on the "Install Sniper Sway" option, selecting yes or no on that always ends up with the sway on. The other options don't affect it at all.

Like the mod but for some reason installing the Unofficial+ version doesn't work, its just like the mod was never installed. Has anyone come across this issue or maybe knows of a work around? Its installed in the same way as the normal version and have tried with and without admin permissions.

Suggestion, don't know if its possible but maybe add some toggles for the normal installation. Don't care much for the vehicles and the sway is ridiculously overdone, not to be harsh but you would have to be drunk to have sway like that. Having so little bio material on the map while only being able to craft meds is silly too, either the amounts gained should be higher or the costs lower. Difficult is fine but if the amounts are too high it just becomes annoying, that and i never understood why the 9mm and 45acp cost more than one bullet tip, just throwing that out there :). I don't really understand the removal of normal fast travel except for during missions and such, that can also become very bothersome.

I still have the mod and would love for the + version to work but as of this moment it sits in wait until someone can help me fix it, so i dont have to deal with the silly parts:).
