I would give a 10, but Gokiller played with our feelings saying that he would stop it's development, so It's just a 9.
One of the best games i've ever played. It's just perfect, and It's just simple, perfect and simple.
Step one:
Create an army.
Step Two:
Take the world.
And in the same way it's simple, it's complicated, because you need to manage the finances of your party/kingdom, and must know when is safe to buy something.
