Love this character

Hi, this mod doesn't work for me. It crashes with an exception on startup. I already tried deleting the graphicdetails.xml and i tried with and without the new patch. Still nothing, i tried running as admin, i tried creating my own shortcut, my game is already at the latest version and i have tried reinstalling the game. Every other mod works except this one. Please help

It says the mod is going to be released on December 10th. So what is this download. Also what is the one on December 10th going to be. An updated version?

They clearly just modded eaw. RyuuKage is right. They can't ask for money for this. And don't even say it's not a mod. It IS. I looked at the other screenshots. There is a picture of a rebel starbase. AND the galactic conquest layout is exactly the same.
